Before beginning to ship products, you will work with Infoplus Support to Create Parcel Account Credentials. These credentials are needed to ensure that when you Create Parcel Accounts, all of your company’s carrier information that is used to set up shipping is available.


Because of the lead time to establish accounts, contacting Infoplus Support early on is recommended. 


Create Parcel Account Credentials

  1. Go to the Parcel Account Credentials table. Two ways:
    From the Dashboard: Click the “Warehouse Operations” tab, click the “Manifest Setup” App, then click the “Parcel Account Credentials” Table.
    From the Quick Actions shortcut: Press a dot (period) on your keyboard, then select “
    Parcel Account Credentials” from the list of Quick Actions.

  2. Click the Create New button. The Creating New Parcel Account Credentials window appears.



  3. Select the Carrier for these Parcel Account Credentials (for example, DHL or FedEx). Once you have selected a carrier, additional fields for that carrier will appear in the lower section of the window.

    NOTE: If the carrier you want to use is not listed, contact Infoplus Support for assistance.


  4. Contact Information

  5. Enter the contact information that the parcel carrier has on file for the account. Provide your Company Name and Website, along with the personal Contact and that individual’s Phone and Job Title.

  6. Enter address information. This is the address that the parcel carrier has on file for the account contact.

  7. The fields that appear here are specific to the Carrier you select.

    -  For “DHL”, a list with 2 fields appears.

      -- Enter the DHL Account Number for your company’s DHL parcel account, which is provided by the carrier.
      -- Enter the 2 letter DHL Account Country Code provided by DHL for the Country that appears in the Address Information.


    - For “FedEX”
    , a list with 12 fields appears.


      -- Enter the FedEx Production Account Number for your company’s FedEx parcel account, which is provided by the carrier. This is the main account number, and the usual format is a set of 9 numbers.
      -- Enter your company’s FedEx Ground Account Number, used for FedEx Ground service. This number is also provided by FedEx.
      -- Enter additional information provided by FedEx for the Production Account, including your company’s FedEx Production Meter Number, FedEx Production Access Key, and Production Access Key Password. Infoplus hides the password characters to ensure your privacy. You will see a dot for each character you enter.
      -- Enter the FedEx SmartPost HubID provided by the carrier. The usual format is a set of 4 numbers.
      -- Enter the Make and Model of Label Printer, such as “Zebra S600”.
      -- In the No. of Label Printers Used field, enter how many of these printers will be used in the warehouse to print parcel labels.
      -- Enter your company’s FedEx Test Account Number for your company’s FedEx parcel account, which is provided by the carrier.
          NOTE: A developer account number provided by FedEx may be entered in this field.
      -- Enter information provided by FedEx for the Test Account, including your company’s FedEx Test Meter NumberFedEx Test Access Key, and Test Access Key Password. Infoplus hides the password characters to ensure your privacy. You will see a dot for each character you enter.


    - For “UPS”, a list with 3 fields appears.


      -- Enter the UPS Account Number for your company’s UPS parcel account, which is provided by the carrier. The usual format is a set of 6 characters.
      -- Enter the UPS User ID used to log into your company’s UPS account. This ID is case sensitive.
      -- Enter the UPS Password used to log into your company’s UPS account. Infoplus hides the password characters to ensure your privacy. You will see a dot for each character you enter.



    - For “GSO”, a list with 3 fields appears


     -- Enter the GSO Account Number for your company’s GSO parcel account, which is provided by the carrier.
     -- Enter the GSO User Name used to log into your company’s GSO account.
     -- Enter the GSO Password used to log into your company’s GSO account. Infoplus hides the password characters to ensure your privacy. You will see a dot for each character you enter.


  8. When finished creating the Parcel Account Credentials, click Save. The Parcel Account Credential information is saved.
